It all begins with a no-obligations conversation where we discuss your current situation, challenges, and previous attempts to solve these issues. This conversation can take place in person or via Zoom/Teams. The goal is to assess whether there are enough connections to move forward together. This discussion forms the foundation for the next steps and provides insight into your organization’s dynamics.
If the exploratory conversation is positive, we move into a thorough exploration of your organization’s pain points and opportunities. During this phase, I work closely with management and other key stakeholders. Through in-depth conversations and analysis, I gain a deep understanding of both the explicit and implicit challenges. We also assess which previous efforts have succeeded or failed and where the best opportunities for change lie.
Based on the insights from the exploration phase, I create one or more strategic proposals. These are not theoretical documents but practical, actionable visions designed specifically for your company and market. The proposals include both commercial and technical elements and focus on strengthening your market position or entering new markets.
During this phase, I work closely with management to gather feedback and refine the strategy. The goal is to bring forward challenging and stimulating ideas that may lie slightly outside your comfort zone but are aligned with your company’s abilities and ambitions.
A vision is only successful when the entire organization embraces it. After the management team approves the plan, I ensure that it is deeply embedded within your company. This is done through presentations and discussions with employees and other key stakeholders. Special attention is given to the concerns and input from employees I have spoken with earlier, ensuring they feel heard and invested in the new direction.
After the plan’s implementation, my support doesn’t end. Every project includes two follow-up days, where I provide hands-on guidance and help make adjustments if needed. Additionally, I offer regular coaching for the management team during execution to ensure the project stays on track.
